SHIPPING – UK DESTINATIONS

Post and packing is free to UK destinations.

With the exception of made to order items, your order will be sent out within 2-3 business days.

• Orders under £14 are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class

• Orders under £25 are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class

• Orders under £50 are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service

• Orders over £50 are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Before 1pm service
 
 


SHIPPING - OVERSEAS DESTINATIONS

Post and packing is a flat rate £7.50 for all international destinations.

With the exception of made to order items, your order is sent out within 2-3 business days and will take between 7-20 days to arrive depending on your destination. All parcels are sent via one of the following services depending on what is available to the destination country:

• Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For service

• Royal Mail International Tracked service

• Royal Mail International Signed For service




IMPORTANT INFO

• You will receive an update email, once your order is shipped - along with a link to tracking details for orders sent via Signed For, Special Delivery and International Tracked & Signed services. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive any notification!


• Your country may charge taxes, duties or other customs fees. Bijou but Deadly cannot control or be held responsible for these extra charges.

• Delivery times are an estimate only and there may occasionally be delays in the postal system due to weather, holiday seasons or mail provider disruptions. 
 



 
RETURNS

I am committed to providing a professional service. If you are unhappy with your item, please contact me in the first instance.

Refunds or exchanges can be made on unused/unworn items as long as:
• You request a return within 14 days of receiving your item
• You return your item within a further 14 days (28 days in total from receiving your order)
• You return the item in the original packaging and condition you received it in

You are responsible for the return of items and it is recommended to return items via an insured service for your own peace of mind.

Custom orders and earrings are non-returnable unless faulty. If you have a problem with your custom item, please contact me in order that we can find a solution.
