Why is each item different?

Each item is hand painted and due to the unique nature of the materials and how the resin is flowing, each piece will turn out very slightly different. However, I will recreate each design as closely as possible to the image shown.

 

Do you do custom work?

Yes - however, at the moment, I have limited availability. Please contact me to discuss further. Please note, I will not reproduce work or include a design by another artist unless you have permission and/or own the rights to the artwork.

 

How do I look after my item?

Most items require simple polishing with the cloth provided in order to keep them smear free and looking good.  For all items you should avoid excessive wet, exposure to extremes of temperature or toiletries and chemicals.

All items come with their own care card and kit.

What crystals do you use?

I use Austrian and Czech crystals for ultimate quality and sparkle.

I also enjoy sourcing vintage crystals and quite often, they come in colours and finishes which are no longer available. These are used sparingly as accents or in items where the crystals are set in clay.

 

Why don’t you ship to more destinations - specifically Europe?

Up until 2021, I used to send to Europe with no problems. However, there are a few reasons why I’ve stopped.

There’s new product regulations meaning you have to appoint a representative in the EU. Nearly all European countries have packaging laws requiring you to register in order to sell in that country. With nearly 40 countries to pay a registration to - this is far too much administration! After Brexit, due to customs, I discovered that some countries refuse costume jewellery at customs.

 

What is the charge for shipping?

Shipping is included for UK destinations.  There is a flat fee for international destinations. All items are sent via tracked service for your peace of mind. Duties are included in the shipping cost for USA.

What is your return policy?

I am committed to giving you a professional service. If you are unhappy with your item, please contact me in the first instance. Refunds or exchanges can be made on unused/unworn items, if they are returned within 7 days of receipt. Shipping and insurance for returns will be your responsibility.

Custom orders are non-returnable unless faulty. if you have a problem with your custom item, please inform me in order that we can find a solution.
